What do I do if my location isn't displaying during a Play Golf round?

  • Ensure that your location permissions are enabled.
  • Turn your phone onto airplane mode for 30 seconds, and then turn off airplane mode
  • Check if you have other open applications that are using your location
  • Ensure that you are within the boundary of the course you are playing
  • Ensure that you are within the boundary of the hole that you are playing
  • Click the arrow next to the flag icon to advance the app one hole, then return to the hole that you are playing
  • Close and reopen the app, and then select "Yes" when prompted to continue your previous round
  • Contact Rad Support with the course you're playing, as well as your registered phone number, and we'll be in touch to talk through the round.
