RAD Golf products come with a limited warranty for a period of one (1) year from date of original retail purchase (the “Limited Warranty”). The Limited Warranty covers only manufacturer’s defects or operational defects that occur when used under normal consumer use. The Limited Warranty does not cover normal cosmetic and mechanical wear, water damage, user-cause mechanical or other damage, or damage sustained from misuse of the product.
In order to submit a claim under the Limited Warranty, you must provide the order number and email address used to purchase the product. RAD Golf, in its sole and absolute discretion, shall either (i) replace or repair the defective part(s) or the unit with a new or reconditioned part(s).
