What do I do if my location isn't displaying during a Play Golf round?

  1. Ensure that your location permissions are enabled.
  2. Turn your phone onto airplane mode for 30 seconds, and then turn off airplane mode
  3. Check if you have other open applications that are using your location
  4. Ensure that you are within the boundary of the course you are playing
  5. Ensure that you are within the boundary of the hole that you are playing
  6. Click the arrow next to the flag icon to advance the app one hole, then return to the hole that you are playing
  7. Close and reopen the app, and then select "Yes" when prompted to continue your previous round
  8. Contact Rad Support with the course you're playing, as well as your registered phone number, and we'll be in touch to talk through the round.
